The Komtes Group, based in Burgos (Spain), has been in charge of supplying the fire extinguishing systems in the new building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located in Madrid. King Felipe VI inaugurated the centre at a ceremony held on January 20th.
We have protected the new ministerial headquarters with a water mist fire extinguishing system, an innovative technology based on high-pressure fire suppression, from RG Systems (Komtes Group), consisting of a pumping unit driven by electric motors and a total of 448 nozzles to cover the different risks of the centre.
In addition, the manual protection used were 248 modular equipment (both extinguishers and hose reels (a complete firefighting equipment anchored to a wall and connected to the water supply network) of the Ribó Fire Systems brand (Komtes Group).
